GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING
The booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received from the guest.
2. PAYMENT
To confirm the booking, payment of the rental fee and final cleaning costs is required.
The city tax, where applicable under local regulations, must be paid during the online check-in.
Any additional charges for the use of the property, such as early check-in, late check-out, or luggage storage, may be paid during the online check-in.
3. CANCELLATION
The applied rate is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, modification of the booking, no-show, withdrawal from the stay, or early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
4. ARRIVAL
Within 48 hours prior to arrival, the guest will receive a link to access the Guest Portal and complete the online check-in.
Arrival must take place on the scheduled day after 3:00 PM.
5. HOUSE RULES
It is not permitted to accommodate more guests than those indicated in the booking.
Subletting the property to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
All guests must comply with the house rules and respect quiet hours, especially during nighttime.
In case of early departure, no refund or compensation will be provided.
6. APARTMENT EQUIPMENT
All apartments are delivered fully furnished and equipped with standard amenities. Bed linen and towels are provided.
7. DEPARTURE
The property must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed or in case of authorized extended use.
Departure must take place within the scheduled time to allow inspection and cleaning operations.
8. CITY TAX
The city tax must be paid during online check-in.
The city tax is a municipal tax set by the local authority. It is a fixed amount per person per night. Easy to Rent is required to collect it from guests and transfer it to the municipality; it does not represent our compensation nor an additional service.
