Guest Access
You won’t need to meet anyone to access the apartment. Before your arrival, you will receive a link to the Guest Portal, where you can conveniently complete the self check-in from your phone by entering the ID details of all guests.
Once the procedure is completed, you will receive instructions and a video guide to access the apartment independently.

Parking is not included in the stay. A paid parking facility is located right next to the building, at Via Pontaccio 8.
Rates are displayed at the cashier and start from €10, depending on the size of the vehicle and duration of the stay.
🚗 Limited Traffic Zone (Area C)
The apartment is located within Area C, Milan’s limited traffic zone (historic city center – Cerchia dei Bastioni).
Area C hours:
Active: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Free access: weekends, public holidays, and nighttime hours

Area C access costs:
Daily ticket: €7.50

BILLING INFORMATION
The amount shown on the booking platform includes the property owner’s rental fee and the consideration for additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. The breakdown of these amounts will be specified in the rental agreement and, at the end of the stay, two separate accounting documents will be issued to the guest. By booking the accommodation, the guest agrees that the rental fee and additional services are managed with separate invoicing by the respective parties.
