GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- RESERVATION
The reservation is only confirmed after the customer has sent the payment and received confirmation by e-mail or telephone from our staff.
2- PAYMENT
In order to confirm the booking, 100% of the total rental fee will be requested to be paid directly by bank transfer to the IBAN received in the booking confirmation.
3- CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation by the applicant prior to payment, the reservation will be cancelled.
In case of cancellation by the applicant after payment has been made, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded.
4- ARRIVAL
Within 48 hours prior to arrival, the customer will receive the link to access the portal and check-in online. Arrival must take place on the appointed day after 3 p.m.
5- RULES OF STAY
It is forbidden to accommodate a greater number of people than provided for in the reservation. It is expressly forbidden to sublet the rented property to third parties.
Pets are not allowed. All guests are obliged to respect the internal rules and regulations and to scrupulously observe the rules regarding peace and quiet, particularly at night.
At the end of the tenancy, guests are obliged to return the keys to the property in the box.
In the event of early return of the property, no reimbursement and/or compensation is due to the tenant.
