Check in information:
You won’t need to meet anyone to access the apartment. Before arrival, you will receive a link to access the Guest Portal, where you can complete the self check-in directly from your phone by entering the ID details of all guests and paying the city tax.
Once the procedure is completed, you will receive the instructions to access the apartment independently.

Billing Information
The amount indicated on the booking platform includes the property owner’s rental fee and the consideration for additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. The breakdown of these amounts will be specified in the rental agreement, and at the end of the stay, two separate accounting documents will be issued to the guest. By booking the accommodation, the guest accepts that the rental fee and additional services are managed with separate invoicing by the respective parties.
